All print requests must be submitted through this website.
Drop off and pick up of completed requests will be in the Printing department.
Call 619-644-7392 or email grossmont.printing@gcccd.edu for assistance or any questions.
Attention – Printing machines will be shut down at 5:15pm on Monday through Thursday and 12:45pm on Friday.

NEW REGISTRATION - Before trying to attempt to submit a request:
- Obtain a GCCCD ACCOUNT
- Faculty: Instructional Computing (619-644-7742)
- Classified staff: District Information Technology Help Desk (619-644-7547)
- Fill out paper form titled “Online Submission Registration” in the Printing Department or email Grossmont.Printing@gcccd.edu regarding information below:
- Provide a valid contact phone number for potential questions regarding your orders.
- Specify your department and any smart keys that need to be associated with your account.
- Allow two (2) business days / 48 business hours to process your account approval request.
- LOGIN: firstname.lastname
- PASSWORD: your GCCCD ACCOUNT password
Do not add "@gcccd.edu" when logging into this site.

REAM OF PAPER - Limit 1 per person (Top left > New Order > Store): For one (1) ream of paper.
SUPPLIES - The yellow sheet is no longer required (Top left > New Order > Store): All supplies requested here.
QUICK COPY (Top left > New Order > Quick Copy): For black and white copy requests (Exams, Quiz, Syllabi, Handouts, etc.).

ALL COLOR & LAMINATION JOBS REQUIRE EMAILED DEAN APPROVAL.

- All copies will be run 2-sided, unless noted.
- Dean approval required for all COLOR ink requests (account for 5 business day turnaround).
- Dean approval required for more than 100 copies on WHITE paper.

- The copyrighted college or district logos serve as primary identifiers, letting users know immediately that the publication or visual media represents Grossmont College, Cuyamaca College or the District.
- Must be added to publication regarding to or affiliated with Grossmont College (i.e. flyers, posters, brochures, invitations, programs, etc) available to the general public.
- Minimum height of 3/8 inches.
- GC logo cannot be altered in any way but can be resized.
- GC logo has specific font, spacing and color.

ONLINE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES-
- ALL ONLINE PRINT requests will ONLY BE ACCEPTED through ONLINE submission.
- Only one (1) file attachment allowed per submission, for management/billing/tracking purposes, unless accompanied by Dean approval.
- Have all documents PRINT READY.
- Bring a hard copy of your document for insurance.
- Accepted file types: DOC, PPT, XLS, XLSB, PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, PDF.
NOTE: If you are using a MACINTOSH, convert all of your files to PDF.
- Submit any graphic(s) requests to Creative Services.
- All print jobs will be ready for pick-up on our shelf alphabetically according to last name.
- For academic security, please request Tests/Exams/Quizzes from one of our classified staff.
